i just finished my SPM exam this year on the 30th of Nov.. as u can see, i am a badminton player.. i played since i was 3..so, yeah..im a big fan of sports..i got injure last year..my ligament was tore..well, see im blabbering already.. haha.. enuf.. my post this time is not about that.. just want to share about my weight probs.. earlier this year, i started my training for badminton back coz of Sabah Games.. n i represent Keningau..as long as i remembered, on the 3rd of Jan during my 1st day of training, i weighed 57-58 kg.. after few months traning, i lost 'bout 3kgs..but after the SAGA ends, i concentrated back on my studies as i was going to face the biggest exam in my life..guess what.. i gained weight again..just in a few weeks, i gain 3kgs back..Gosh.. just shoot me.. i can't stop eating.. bahahaha..it runs in the family.. jk jk..on the 30th of Nov, i was stil 57kg..
on the 3rd of Dec, i stayed at KK til now.. n evryday im eating fastfoods or eating out..n now i my weight is about 60kg..totally dissapointed.. but what can i do..when yummy,delicious, mouth-watering food is in front of me n i just cant stop my hands from getting one and munch it til im full.. haha.. pizza, kenny roger's chicken, mcD, KFC..what can i say, i am lucky with all of these..n for having a great family that loves to eat.. hahahaha.. donuts.. omJAYYY!! but, i am happy n greatful for what have.. enjoy my life to the fullest.. n one of them is indulging myself with my favourite foods.. so,i don't care..but imma workout coz there will be a big tournament in 2012..so, support me kay!! hehe
